Nigerian singer Dammy Krane has made serious allegations against fellow artist Davido, accusing him of orchestrating his illegal arrest and defaming him.
In a series of posts on his X account, Dammy Krane claimed that Davido paid to have him arrested, falsely linking him to cryptocurrency scams.
“If anything happens to me, @davido should be held responsible,” Dammy Krane warned, asserting that Davido was behind the allegations. He further accused the “OBO” singer of using corrupt police officers to tarnish his reputation.
The feud between the two artists dates back to 2023, when Dammy Krane publicly accused Davido of owing him money. The conflict intensified after Davido responded, calling Dammy Krane ungrateful. Since then, Dammy Krane has repeatedly accused Davido of wrongdoing, including insinuating that Davido was involved in the 2017 death of their mutual friend, Tagbo Umeike.
