D'Banj Rape Accusation: Kemi Olunloyo Reacts To Frank Amudo's 'Online' Legal Documents Against Her

Kemi Olunloyo, veteran Nigerian journalist has reacted to the ‘online’ legal documents asking her to delete her posts against him, apologize to him, and pay him the sum of N200million. All these she was given 3 days.

In a post where the journalist hinted on counter-suing, she pointed out that the whole thing is still ‘online’ as she is yet to receive any servings, as required by law.

Kemi Olunloyo threatened to subpoena the singer and the accuser’s mom who she said made some desperate moves seeing that things were going south.

Read the investigative journalist’s reaction below:

#BREAKING DBanj’s former manager Frank Amudo gives me 3 days to take down my post with regards to allegations on his involvement in the alleged rape case. A document not sent or served to me but found online in blogs.

By law he must serve me the document or a judge will consider it fake. His lawyer calls my Investigation flawed and baseless DEFAMING my training as an investigative Journalist. An attempt to shut me down is NOT POSSIBLE.

I am seeking legal advice on his destroying my name and will be raising funds for legal representation as well as the rest of this assignment which I will get to the bottom of! I did an EXCLUSIVE interview at 10am with @punchnewspapers where I revealed SHOCKING DETAILS about my Investigation.

To Frank Amudo and Attorney Gboyega Adetunji you want N200M to silence an Investigative Journalist. I say BRING IT ON!
💣🔥💥‼️ Let’s go to court. I will subpoena @iambangalee, Seyitan’s mom who wanted to beg DBanj’s mom (Naija style) and was denied access and of course several ppl from the music industry who know your alleged extortion and pimping habits as well as the Twitter handler who you hired to tweet a RAPE that didn’t happen.

DBanj had not paid me o. I’m an independent Journalist that depends on donations like Premium Times and Guardian UK. The mainstream media has been bought by the Politicians. They won’t Investigative this too like Fatoyinbo’s case.

TO DONATE TO MY LEGAL AND INVESTIGATE JOURNALISM FUND Use #Kemitalksrape to @firstbanknigeria 2007477948. @gofundme will set up an account for me by 3pm in 🇺🇸 Thank you everyone. Stay tuned to Punch newspapers EXCLUSIVE by 3pm.
