Nigeria Air Force Crafts Abuja Crash, JUST IN: Nigeria Air Force Crafts Collide And Crash In Abuja

Two of the Nigeria Air Force aircrafts practising ahead of the Independence day anniversary in Abuja slated for Monday, October 1st, collided and crashed this morning.

Details of the crash are still sketchy. According to some residents, the incident occurred reportedly around Tipper Garage area along Kubwa-AYA expressway at about 10:45am.

Confirming the incident, the NAF Director of Public Relations and Information, Air Commodore Ibikunle Daramola, said no lives were lost in the mishap.

“I wish to confirm an air incident involving two NAF aircraft taking part in the 58th Independence Day celebrations. Thankfully, no lives were lost,” he said.
