The government of Kwara state has appointed Abdul-Azeez Muhammad as a special assistant on Fulani affairs. The appointment by the Governor, Abdulfatah Ahmed, was contained in a statement issued by the secretary to the state government (SSG), Isiaka Gold.

The special adviser will represent Miyetti-Allah Cattle Breeders Association of Nigeria (MACBAN), the umbrella body of herdsmen, in the governor’s administration as the governors pushes for a better relationship between herdsmen, farmers and business owners in the state.
