Barcelona were supposed to host Real Madrid at Camp Nou on October 26th but it was agreed that the fixture would be delayed due to civic unrest in the Catalan city following the Spanish supreme court’s decision to jail nine Catalan separatist leaders over their roles in the failed bid for secession two years ago.

But on Wednesday, LaLiga officially confirmed the date and time of the re-arranged El Clásico fixture.

Barça travel to face Real Sociedad three days before hosting their fierce rivals. Four days later they will take on Alavés at Camp Nou.

Meanwhile, Real Madrid are away to Valencia the game before the Clásico, and at home to Athletic Bilbao the following Sunday.
