Nigeria’s former Finance Minister, Ngozi Okonjo-Iwela was speaking at a function recently where she said that Nigeria is currently facing economic hardship because there was no political willpower to save during the Goodluck Jonathan administration.
She said when she was Minister of Finance during Obasanjo‘s administration, the political willpower to save was there but during her second time as Minister of Finance during the Goodluck Jonathan administration, there was zero willpower to save. Watch her speak below:
