AS Monaco striker, Henry Onyekuru will not be featuring for the Super Eagles when Nigeria takes on Ukraine next week Tuesday in an international friendly game.
The Super Eagles forward sights resident permit challenge as the reason why he will be skipping the Ukraine friendly billed for Dnipro.
Onyekuru has not yet settled himself in France after his move to Monaco from Everton in Summer’s transfer window, thus, the winger wishes to use this period to sort some stuff out.
The 22-years-old Onyekuru is not the only Eagles player who has pulled out of the friendly match with Ukraine, the likes of Wilfred Ndidi and Kenneth Omeruo also will be missing from the game owing to injury and work permit issues respectively.
Meanwhile, Super Eagles head coach, Gernot Rohr has called up four other players to replace them in the squad.
The likes of Emmanuel Dennis, Anderson Esiti, Josh Maja and Bryan Idowu are all part of the players invited to fly out with the team from Abuja to Ukraine on Friday, while others are expected to join up in Kyiv from their different base.
