Kanye is no stranger to altercations with fellow musicians in the public eye but we have to say his long-standing beef with pop sensation Taylor Swift (30) has been one of the most interesting to follow.
Kim has always been the doting wife, supporting her husband no matter the scandal.
Taylor Swift accused Ye of lying about seeking approval for disrespectful lyrics about her in one of his songs and as expected, Kim was quick to defend her husband saying that Swift was lying.
The audio of the call has now been leaked and it proves that Kim was covering for her husband and his lies. After the song was debuted at the Yeezy fashion show in February 2016, Kanye was heavily criticized for the risqué yet discourteous lyrical content.
The 42-year-old rapper told the media that Swift had given the green light on being referred to as a b**ch in his song ‘Famous’. In a 2016 interview with GQ magazine, Kim weighed in on the on-going feud between the two, vouching that Swift did give the go-ahead but is suddenly acting as though she had no knowledge about the lyrics.
“She totally approved that, She wanted to all of a sudden act like she didn’t. I swear my husband gets so much sh*t for things when he really was doing proper protocol and even called to get it approved.”
The reality star went as far as calling Swift a snake after sharing phone call snippets of the two agreeing on the song which lead to Taylor being trolled on social media. Now the full conversation has been leaked proving that Tay-Tay has been telling the truth all along.
The footage released reveals that the Jesus Is King rapper did present song lyrics to Swift, however, neglected to mention the infamous “ I made that b**ch famous” line in the song.
